My short link shows 404 or 410. What now?
404 means that short code doesn’t exist; check for typos, as codes are case-sensitive. 410 means the link is disabled or expired: links made without signing in last 30 days, free-account links one year, and Pro links as long as you set. Sign in and open My links to see each link’s status, change its expiry or re-enable it.
I made links before signing in. How do I manage them?
Sign in on the same device and browser and those links are added to your account automatically. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices we can’t tell which links were yours, so email us the short links and we’ll help.
Can I change where a short link goes?
Yes. Sign in, open the link under My links, change the destination and save; the QR code stays the same. Changing the short code itself is a Pro feature.
How do I cancel Pro or get a receipt?
Sign in, go to Plan & billing and choose Manage subscription to cancel, change the payment method or download Stripe receipts. After cancelling, Pro features stay until the end of the paid period. Email us if you need a formal invoice.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us from the address you sign in with and ask for deletion. We delete your account, links and the related click records, and confirm by reply. See the privacy policy for details.
My custom domain is stuck on pending verification or certificate pending
DNS changes can take minutes to hours to spread. Check that the TXT and CNAME records match the instructions exactly and that the subdomain has no other A or AAAA records; on Cloudflare, set the records to DNS only (grey cloud). If it’s still pending after 24 hours, email us with the domain name.
Someone is using an lnk.hk link for scams or phishing
Submit the short link on the Report a link page and we’ll review and disable it. Every destination is checked against Google Safe Browsing when a link is made and again daily.
